I can't remember how long it took for my free domain name to start working here, and my Dad just bought hosting here for a project he's asked me to maintain for him called "Audrey's Gait". They bought hosting and it's been a few days but audreysgait.com still isn't active. Should I be worried? It's not my account, so I wasn't sure if I could put in a support ticket... Though it does really seem to be taking quite a while for the domain name to work...

Also, when I log into their cPanel it shows as if they have a reseller account... I'm not sure that's right. I don't think it is.
