daliblume
I have a primary account, http://www.daliblume.com with two addon domains http://www.dlma.com and http://www.vanherp.com.

The primary account recently became unavailable while the addon domains continued to work. Hostony is the registrar for daliblume.com, but not for the others.

I sent in a helpdesk request, and was told that daliblume.com moved to 65.98.8.4, and that I should point the DNS entries to

dns.hostony.com and dns.hostony.org

(They used to point to ns14.hostony.com and ns15.hostony.net for all three domains.) Hostony is my registrar for daliblume.com, so I said please go ahead. Then, I redirected dlma.com's registrar to the new name servers, but left vanherp.com at the old ones, just as a test.

Should I now be trying to connect to cpanel at the new 65.98.8.4? Or at the original address, 207.44.232.113? Did you really move my account to a new server? Strange that the addon domains weren't affected, then.

Finally, I've got a blog and a wiki there. If you're going to move my account to a new server, you need to let me know when to stop making live updates at the old server.

Update: The new dns entries have taken for dlma.com, and now it doesn't resolve just like daliblume.com doesn't resolve. Are you guys certain you're specifying good name servers and a live web server? Please refer to support request FD-23587.

I have ftp access to both servers. So, I put different index.html pages on each. Go to:
http://www.dlma.com/
And read the text at the top. Does it say "Old Server" or "New Server"? Or was the server not found?

Next time you change servers on me, you really need to let me know in advance, so I don't update with wiki or blog at the old server when some of the world's been redirected to the new server. Just let me know, and I'll know not to update the obsolete server.

[EDIT: I see there was an announcement. I just don't check the board often enough. Something big like that should be emailed out.]
