I can't get to the cpanel page. According to you guys it's meant to be http://67.19.125.18:2083/ but the page just doesn't load. What could be the problem??

no, is https://67.19.125.18:2083/ or http://67.19.125.18:2082/ (note the change of "httpS" or "http")

2083 is secure but slow
2082 is faster but not so secure



you are right the ports are refused by server... but if you go to http://67.19.125.18/ there appears a login page

You are sure this is the ip of your server and is a linux cpanel server ?

Now I can see there is a Windows Server, not linux cpanel.

to go to your control panel go to http://67.19.125.18:8086/ (HELM)

That explains why I can't access Cpanel! Great! The account creation confirmation I got from you guys said it was Cpanel and the instructions given never worked.

Well I get the HELM login page, but I've not an account on that server, so I can't check.
