I believe my account expires at the end of this month and I would like to renew. I originally signed up for 12 months with the "Special" package but received a free upgrade to the commerce account. How do I go about the renewal process (keeping my domain name as well (I registered my domain name with Hostony))?

Hi Tigersan,
you are right, you have registered your domain with us, but it has expired on the 8-th of March.
Please contact our billing department to continue further cooperation with us, they will provide you with all the necessary information. THe best variant is to submit a ticket for them.

I've submitted a ticket. The odd thing is, whois states that the domain is still valid for quite sometime. I hope everything is OK.
