So I work with my local chamber of commerce. I offered to host the president of the local one, for free.

He has been bringing in a couple of referrals, but nothing really big. Three days ago, his account went down. Hostony accidently transferred his account to another reseller of theirs. This has happened a few times already. I'm not sure what has changed in the last few months, but I have been having more problems in the last couple of months than ever, with Hostony.

I have been waiting for 8 hours for someone to answer the trouble ticket I sent to Hostony.

I know they're working on it, though.

I've responded to your ticket and is waiting for your answer.
As far as I could see the domain was working. You said you had problems with cpanel.
We didn't transfer the account to another reseller.
