I was ordering another server for a separate .com name.
I already own a server msjerilee.com
I was moving junnroca.com to a hostony server.
I placed the order today, and recieved a confirmation for a profi account for MsJeriLee.com
I already emailed support in concern for a mistake in the order.
I then realized that MsJeriLee's content is no longer existing, and my old server is gone.
All my content on the site is gone, and i pray that you have it backed up.

I did not purchase for an existing domain, I was purchasing for a new .com name.
I do not know why this is being done. Could you please help me out with this.
