I will be very happy if somebody can deal with ticket 20347
just from the message containing: "OK, HERE I GO AGAIN, PLASE FORGET THE LAST MESSAGES, JUST THE FOLLOWING, I START AGAIN FROM BEGINNING"

If some of you have a good howto for support team about this, please share, i give the following:
