Full Version: I've had a ticket open for 7 hours now

I put one in this morning because my bpgisme.com email isn't working. sad.gif It's horrible. That's my main email because my isp email isn't reliable. There's a movie studio I was expecting an answer from about some questions I had on a contract, but it got to be several days so I got a little worried so I tried to send myself an email and then two and then three and I got nothing so I put in a ticket. sad.gif They got my login and password, but I haven't heard anything since... I'm beginning to think it's something really awful! blink.gif

Is anyone else having this problem?

I got all the mail to forward to my isp email address. smile.gif And I got that important email I was expecting! Yay! smile.gif
