My VPS 70.85.161.132 has been down for the last 19 hours, but I got no support through the ticket system.
First you said that the problem was in the IP address (not pingable) and you needed response from DC. But the IP is actually pingable (or at least it has been during the last hours) and I got no solution anyway.
This is of most urgency to me, as I have already lost several customers because of this. But... does anyone at Hostony care about it?
