I am going to close my account because this company has clearly no support. Since I have migrated to VPS two months ago, my life is Hell :

- problem with email
- problem with stats (not updated, 2 years' history just vanish ...)
- since yersterday, all my subdomains are down

Like always, I have to open three or four tickets and wait several days to get an answer or more for a solution (stats did not work).

My new problem since yersterday is DNS failure, all my subdomains can't be reached. Like always, support don't want to help : "see your registrar ..."

But it is not my fault, nor the registrar. It is HOSTONY fault's again.

Your hosting cost me more than 60 US$ a month and I have no live support and no real technicians to correct your mistakes. Now if you continue to treat me like a fool, I will clos emy account and spread your bad reputation on the whole internet !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
