I can't believe that server 11 (which I am on) has been down for so long. Hostony hasn't answered emails, IMs, etc. If the prices here weren't so low, I would go elsewhere.

the server is up and running. If something is not working please open a trouble ticket for the support department and we'll fix the problem.
