Can someone there at Hostony tell me why whenever I talk to someone on the help desk on ICQ or AIM or MSN they help for a few minutes and then they log off all of the programs so you can never find out what is happening. I have had the same problem with our emails for the last 6 weeks and every time they tell me to put in a ticket which I do and then they tell me to hold on they are working on it and then they log off.
