If i would need zend optimiser installed on the hosted site will you install it ? cause i realy need it.

I think this might be my own fault hehe. Checked the ticket now and it was for the supervisor department. Should have been for the support hehehe.

the thing is some versions of php4.x are not compatible with Zend, so they need to downgrade php and recompile it, not only installing zend. That is why they will do it on weekend, with low traffic, so they will not put offline some websites due to php recompilation, apache restarts, etc.

Ive never heard about ioncube. Is that something i can upload to my hosted site and run ? And will scripts using zend recognize ioncube ?
At least the script i use, like modernbill, it say "Requeriment: Zend Opt. OR IonCube", and you choose one of them when install the product. Your script documentation say anything about Ioncube ?
Yes you can download IonCube, install it in your account, and configure it trought your php.ini file.

It say nothing about the alternative of IonCube, seems like the author does not offer a version encoded with IonCube.... only Zend
You must wait for Zend Opt., don't forget to put a support ticket on friday night, remembering the issue.
