I'm near to adquire a owned license of Kayako eSupportSuite (have you seen the latest version? looks awesome.)

Somebody have some negative experience, or some comments of these help desk solution ?

I'm happy with my new eSupport help desk
If somebody need feedback about it, let me know.
(I just adquired and make it work yesterday, so today is my first day using it, give me some time)
