Questions#1 Why do I get so many spam emails? I never used to get that many with my last email provider. Is there anything I can do about it. I dont want some rerouting software. I just dont want any spam. Can I remove my email from a natinal list?
Question#2 I am unable to send any email using Outlook 2003. Is it the server upgrade,down thing or is it a virus or other?
My domains our upcofelmonte.net and cupoli.net.

surely you forget to activate the "My SMTP server need authentication" property in your account settings or something like that on your outlook thing
