BTW i cant put i trouble tickets cause your fine desk dont like macs, i submitted this bug several times for over a year now, and nothing has been done, please contact the developer or do something, cause i cant put trouble tickets from a mac

I just put in a support ticket. I had to use my other email address in Fine Desk.

Sure! I'm on the same server as you and having all the same problems.
Anyway, I just got a response and they said it'll be back up in about 30-40 minutes or so.
