I tried at least fourteen times but I still cannot login to the support tickets area.
Any help here please?
Somehow, I get the feeling my account was deleted on the support ticket area so I could not ask for my account deletion..that way you guys could gain more money T_T

Actually, I can't ever log in there either. I had my password emailed to me over and over and everything. But you can still do a support ticket. Just click "new ticket" on the support page. You don't have to be logged in. I did it this morning to make sure my Profi account was upgraded to the new version and it worked just fine. I got an answer within an hour.
