hi i cant acces cpanel on server 23, is telling me that the license file expired. please fix it ASAP. i really need to work on my site

PS: YOUR CRAPPY FINEDESK KEEPS GIVING ME THIS "ERROR: URL [http://] is not valid." WHENEVER I TRY TO SUBMIT A TICKET. I REPORTED THIS BUG ALMOST A YEAR AGO.
