This is my new problem here: From last saturday to date, at random times (some days more than once a day), nobody can access my pages! The mail, and ftp service is working, but the http is not. Always get a timeout from the browser.

Yesterday, a member of the support team, tell me, that they have made changes on configuration, and that my site should work properly in future! Now I see him is right, someday in the future my site will be working well, specially if I do what I feel that must be done.

I'm not a professional webmaster, I don't even work with computers, I,m a TV Lighting Designer, working hard in my little free time trying to make a online community for Audiovisual Professionals in Portugal. I don't have time to spend writing trouble tickets after trouble tickets, or even writing here. Hostony - day after day you are destroying my hard work.

It's no more important.

Belive me, I'm really really sad, not hungry, just deeply sad. Hostony was my first host company, and this is my second year with you. But I just can't continue here.

I don't gonna complain about this or that. It's just too much to me.

Thank's to all of you, that in some way and in some time have helped me, and feel me better.

I wish a great future to some support team members, and to Hostony too.
