Dude, you have lot of very big temporal files(>80mb) in /tmp/, and not cleaning it.
/tmp/ gets full from time to time.

this is exactly what is happening with the server: http://forums.serverwatch.com/showthread.php?t=16950

the problem is related with mod_gzip

I was curious to know what the extension wrk is and it's either Cakewalk files or some kind of spreadsheet. Since music files are usually pretty huge (you should see my hard drive) I'll bet it's Cakewalk.
