Whats stopping you?

If you have control of the domain name
which you appear to...
then its all on you to move the files and change the dns at the registrar

Geez...what are you waiting for? Just go to CPanel and make a complete backup (see 'Backup' icon). Be prepared for some work, though.

Personally, I'm headed for a good VPS provider. I think that might be a real heavy conversion, but once I'm done, switching hosts oughta be a breeze!

If not, oh well

The only way that works is when you are moving from one Cpanel host to another. Dreamhost does not use Cpanel.
