Ours too, they said it would be up soon, but that was a day ago... and now no longer reply to my queries about it (in fact its had minor problems for months now).
Only helpful advice I have is get a good long (very long) book and wait

All I've gotten from you is "Try it now."
I created a special email account for you for testing and provided explicit directions on how to duplicate the problem.
It's STILL not fixed and I am getting more calls from my customers WHO ARE NOT HAPPY.
