I think we need to say when things are not working, but we also need to say when things are working. I want to say than I'm monitoring Server20 every 5min. with some external monitoring tools, and it's online without "any" downtime from 7 days 7 hours 9 minutes now. This is a good improvement, taking in mind the recent problems with the server.

the same happen with server20, but it's resolved. Yours will be stable again soon, i hope
