Well this is certainly not normal.
It takes more then 3 days to migrate a server, and you also loose data.
I think I'm paying for an service which is online all the time.
The communication can also be improved a lot.
I hope this will get better, otherwise I will cancel my contract after the expiration date.

Dear customer, we are going to cancel the server completely. All the sites will be moved to different new servers.
