my website 1englishdoctor.com and other sites with "add-on domain" feature are not working.
They were down several hours ago and it was fixed a couple hours ago, but now, they're down again. They were down yesterday too.

They are not hobby sites but business sites so it's really important to be up and running all the time.

Should I consider changing hosts or will all the problems be fixed soon?

I just got an answer from support desk saying my site is up now, but it's not.
Live support is not working either.
It's business hour now in Japan where most my customers are and I'm losing mony.
Please check it again.
