Dear customers of hostony!
We currently (since 11:00 GMT +2) experience severe problems with our ISP. There was an electricity outage, and we are currently not able:
a) to view and fix trouble tickets
b) to access our servers via ssh
c) to access our servers via HELM and WHM
The problem is now being fixed, but no exact time limits are given to us when the connection is going to work again. It was vaguely promised that the problem will be resolved in the next 6-8 hours.
We kindly urge for your undestanding and patience.
All your tickets/emails will be answered as soon as we are able to connect.
