My sites - main, sub and addon, all down as well as all email. A touble ticket entered an hour ago has had no response.

Just got this reply to trouble ticket:

Great, my sites are down once again. The third time in the past week (that I have noticed). This is getting old.
I will have to say that Hostony has fixed things within an hour each time I opened a help request, and I really haven't had many problems over the last 8 months. But something is currently broken/wrong on my server (I believe I am on server 4) that needs to be fixed permanently.
Ugh.

Just got a reply that they are rebooting the servers.
I sure hope they fix this recurring problem.
