When I tried to create a trouble ticket, I get an error "Invalid client IP"

To configure gallery, run the Configuration Wizard.

If you've finished your configuration but you're still seeing this page, that's because for safety's sake we don't let you run Gallery in an insecure mode. You need to switch to secure mode before you can use it. Here's how:

Please do not use the following commands in .htaccess:

#php_value upload_max_filesize 20971520
#php_value magic_quotes_gpc off
#php_flag session.bug_compat_warn off

You are to use them in php.ini
The copy of php.ini file was put to your public_html directory.
Do not forget that php.ini should be in the same folder, where you store your php scripts.
