There have been outages on server20 several times a day for several months now. It just looks like you guys can't meet your uptime promises. You're an honest company, you have nice forums, you have the latest and best interface for people to administer their accounts, you try hard... but the outages are just too much. Good luck, guys.

i understand you very well, I'm giving tourns around to the idea for the last weeks.
It's very sad, but i have a profesional responsability with my customers...
I must accept that the server reliability was a 'little' improved the last days (just 1 or 2 short downtimes per day...)

I think i will wait some weeks and then i'll take a definitive desicion.
