Perhaps International Money Orders?
(Western Union International Money Orders function like cheques and are deposited into the accounts of the payee)

OR Foreign Currency Drafts?
(A draft is a bank cheque made out in the name of the person you want to pay, in the currency you choose)

OR Telegraphic Transfer?
(A telegraphic transfer is a message forwarded electronically instructing a correspondent bank to pay a specific amount of money to the beneficiary of the transfer on behalf of the remitter.)
