I just submitted a ticket related to this very same issue. Last night I submitted one about cPanel having expired and it was fixed right away (Thanks Hostony!) but it reset the amount of disk space back to what it used to be. I'm on a Profi account so I should have a total of 5000mb, and it's showing on cPanel as it used to be, back when it was 3000mb. So, I just submitted a ticket.
Hopefully it'll be fixed soon. I thought I should mention it though so the rest of you guys could check that.
