So many customers ask me to transfer their website from the old provider to the new account from me, so i connect trought ftp, download their site to my local pc, and then i upload the content to the new account at the server.

How can i download the site directly from the user new account in 'my' server ? some utility from shell ? i know the ftp linux command, but it's more complicated when the user have a complex folders structure....is there some cool command installed for this ?

Dear Martin, please study the functions in WHM. There should be an option "copy an account from a different server using user password". If you want me to have a look at it, please send me your reseller username and pass via ticket.
