My site has been down for 4 days now, it started off with the whole server down, I was just getting 404 errors and could not log into teh control panel or stats or anything.
After a day the server was back up but with no mySQL database and couldn't even log into phpMyAdmin. My whole site runs off the mySQL database so without it I have no site.
phpMyAdmin finally got re-installed but now my username/password are getting rejected so I can't log in, I've tried reseting the password in the control panel and even creating a new username/password but I always get "You are not authorized to view this page".
Support has been very vague and slack, I have had support tickets open since the sitre first went down, it has now been 10 hours now since my last report that I still can't log in and no reply yet.
Soon this will be 5 days in a row that the site is down, this is not good enough, I need to get this fixed ASAP. Please advise.
