My domains and email have been down since about noon (now going on about 6 hours). I have ticket open but minimal feedback and nothing for several hours; I had support on chat but last word was they were working on the problem. I cannot reach them via chat now and getting VERY frustrated at lack of resoution and even update on the problem and resolution.
Am I the exception here or are others experience across-the-board downtime today?

This is still NOT WORKING. Email is NOT delivered and functions such as mySmartMail are NOT working. This is now approaching TWO DAYS that things have been DOWN!!!

Yes, the basic domains are working BUT mySmartMail is NOT working. Also, there are problems with email as the IP address appears to still be blacklisted by AOL and others (e.g. convergys.com, xperts.com, stoverteam.com, asci4materials.com, and others, possibly even earthlink.net.
That said, I do have 4 tickets remaining open and unresolved regarding problems with the domain. I also have seen some activity and feedback by Hostony staff to address the continued problems. The blacklisting problem has been ongoing for over a week and the others for 3+ days so far. I do look forward to everything being resolved soon.

I almost want to laugh at the suggestion to follow the ticket. Or scream.
The domains are still NOT functioning, chat is NOT accessible, and no updates are posted in the several open tickets.
1. No resolution whatsover for mySmartMail. It is still down.
2. The email problem has a test described but not how/when. At present I cannot send email without it bouncing.
Hostony, before posting any more feel good comments here, please post verifiable RESOLUTIONS in the tickets.

Another day and STILL DOWN. What is taking so long to fix?! This is well past the point of patience. My business is stopped; I have know idea if people are trying to purchase pictures or not. Further, the continued blacklisting of email means I can't even communicate with some customers (and even with my family who use AOL). [And the problem isn't limited to AOL, the blacklisting is by others as well].
All I've asked for is to see problems resolved in a timely manner. I can't believe that it is now FOUR DAYS and functionality of the server has NOT been restored.
I increasingly suspect no one is in charge to manage the situation. Four Days!!!

It appears in the past few minutes that the problems with mail to AOL has been resolved--I have some other emails that may still have problems but have not tested.
The problem with mySmartMail appears to likewise be finally resolved.
Posting this here to share that there is finally appearing to be successful progress on the problems encountered since Tuesday (and with AOL for a lot longer).
