Here are the steps how to create new account.
1. Log in to you reseller control panel (WHM)
2. Go to the packages -> Add new package
and create package (package is a template for future accounts which determines disk space, bandwidth, number of email, ftp accounts etc). You can make some different packages and then create accounts based on these packages.
3. Go to Account Functions -> Create New Account. You need enter domain name, desired username, password and package. Then you press create.

That is all. If you use your own nameservers they will be configured automatically. If you use our nameservers then only primary nameserver
configured automatically. In order to confidure secondary nameserver you need notify us via support desk because seconday ns is located on another server and system can't configure it automatically.

How do we use our own name servers? For example, ns23.myhost.info and ns24myhost.info

You should first lease two IPs (Manage Nameserver IPs)
Than go to your registrar and register name servers with this two IPs.

Where do I manage nameserver IPs? Is it from the hosting account or from the domain registrar?

This can be done only by our support team.
