hello, i beleive we have problems regarding the emails, some of the aacounts could not receive emails although there is enough space.

is there any log or docuemnts that you could show that our server was hacked?

1. Why has it been down so much lately? (please be specific: network equipment malfuntion, etc).
2. What's being done to bring the server back online permanently.
3. What's being done to ensure this won't happen moving forward.

Dear customers, one of the sites on the server was hacked. We had closed the server to prevent something bad from happening. This was done for security reasons of all the customers on the server.

Please explain the problem. My website wormswrangler.com I thought my site was down due to not renewing domain registration?? Some consulation that I am not the only one effected. Really rough on Sunday when my Ebay auctions close. I have not had service since early yesterday morning. I had hope it would be fixed by this morning.

we've been on this cycle of "server is down, server is up" thing for almost 2 months now. if you knew what's going on, which you didn't told us on the first place, you should have made appropriate measures so that this thing does not happen over and over again.

The server is online.
The server experienced problems with network.
