FTP had been working fine. But today, although some commands like USER and PASS work correctly, applications like FileZilla, WS FTP, FireFox's Bookmark Synchronizer, and ftp URLs all stopped working. Usually around a LIST command. GET and PUT may not be working, either.

I did open a helpdesk request, but the response I got (promply, thank you!) indicated that the problem should no longer be occuring, yet it is.

For example, try the following (public ftp url, not secure): ftp://sync%40daliblume%2Ecom:sync@ftp.dal...scriptions.opml

That should retrieve the file here: http://www.daliblume.com/sync/
