Dear Jack,
Since we are working hard on our service improvement, would you be so
kind to specify the reasons of your cancellation.
You are staying with us for long time and it should be something
special to make you decide to do this.
Sure, there will be some way out to continue our cooperation.
Feel free to contact us if you have some further questions.
Thank you for you reply in advance.

Did you read what I wrote? "What do I need to do so you will stop billing me?"
Right now, I just want my original question answered. I'm not interested in any offers of yours, I just want you to stop billing me because I've asked you to do this before around February and I guess it was a mess up because I got billed an additional 6 months, I would like this refunded in some way.
I will however, state one thing that I haven't liked about you guys, despite your "improved service". I don't like, and rather despise the way you handle direct questions.
I'm not sure if you answered my question from the email before, if you did then it means I don't need to provide you with any information to cancel my account.
So I would like the account terminated and the previous bill reverted (I want a refund).
PS. It's because I asked to be terminated before.

I have a question.
Why is the amount refunded $59.99 when the amount charged to the card $77.10?

Dear Jack,
We refunded you $20.11. Your entire refunded sum is $77.10
($56.99 + $20.11 = $77.10)
Sorry for the inconveniences.

Anyway, I came back to see if I could log into Jack Hertz and/or give permission to delete everyother thread of mine.
I think, I may finally be gone though, and as soon as I get that bank report back.. I'm definately gone for good. (as I'm sure you'd be glad by now) lol
