Remember, I remember.

A few posts back (7-8?) sometime in March I believe, I made my 'final' post saying that all was good. I left.

Unfortunately, I saw the bill for another $77.10 US.

I sent off an email yesterday to cust_care@hostony.com and I'm going to do it every day. If I understand the required information I need to make a proper post to billing@hostony.com, I will.

Unfortunately I can't leave this alone when someone is still billing me and blocking off all contact after. Or rather, ignoring that I exist. Considering, that is the worst thing you could've done in this position I'm very surprised you did it.

If this continues I may have to take further action.

Dear Jack, I wish you to understand me correctly. MAy be it will sound rough a bit, but I assure you that nothing malicious is meant: "Our company doesn't need your money."
This is just a mistake of a billing department worker, who hasn't stopped billing you in proper time. Be sure that the story will end up soon.

Right now, I just want my original question answered. I'm not interested in any offers of yours, I just want you to stop billing me because I've asked you to do this before around February and I guess it was a mess up because I got billed an additional 6 months, I would like this refunded in some way.

I will however, state one thing that I haven't liked about you guys, despite your "improved service". I don't like, and rather despise the way you handle direct questions.

I'm not sure if you answered my question from the email before, if you did then it means I don't need to provide you with any information to cancel my account.

So I would like the account terminated and the previous bill reverted (I want a refund).
PS. It's because I asked to be terminated before.

Well, that's not quite what I meant. As I understand it the billing department has a work hour schedule right?

So it takes about a day for them to respond to me usually, and the process becomes long and drawn out.. While if I could find a phone number, this could have been resolved in a few minutes.

Or, the place that's hosting me has an under 1 hour service guarantee wink.gif.. and usually respond within minutes.

But then again, they don't have forums.

Dear Jack, as I was informed by our billing dept. member, you have already got the $77
refund. They also stated they have also sent confirmation e-mails to you.

($56.99 + $20.11 = $77.10)

Anyway, I came back to see if I could log into Jack Hertz and/or give permission to delete everyother thread of mine.

I think, I may finally be gone though, and as soon as I get that bank report back.. I'm definately gone for good. (as I'm sure you'd be glad by now) lol
