I have some presales questions regarding the hosting offered.

1. Do you allow proxy servers? If not do you have your own proxy server to offer?
2. Can I purchase additional bandwidth?
3. Do you give root access on the shared server?
4. Do the servers have any fault tolerence? ie: Backup, one disc goes down, there is no down time the second picks up the load?
5. How quickly does your support team respond to tickets? Regular and Emergent.
6. Do you enable the reseller account, even if you dont have a reseller acount. ie: I want forums.part8.com to be seperate from part8.com. Instead of it being part8.com/forums.
7. Does the web access to Helm require a port other than 80?


The plan I am reffering to is the windows 2003 server, shared with 7000mb of space and 100gb of bandwidth.

3. No we do not give root access, it's not secure.
4. We make the backups of the accounts once a week. The uptime of the servers is 99%.
5. The responce time is up to 20-40 minutes.
6. forums.part8.com will be a subdomain.
7. The prot for accessing Helm is 8086
