Full Version: Mail server down?

Greetings Hostony staff,

I have been unable to check mail on any ofmy accounts for the last two hours due to "a timeout has occurred while communicating with the server"

Is there a problem?

Sorry for not submitting a support ticket, apparently my password no longer works (I only ever use three different passwords and I can't get an email reminder to make sure I'm using the right one (!!), but Ive tried all three and they're not working)

if you can't open a ticket write us to support@hostony.com and provide us with your e-mail and password. We'll test it and investigate the problem.

problem applies to SENDING mail as well!

Try to open a ticket then :

You can logon to the ticket system without using your password.
To do that, please hit http://support.hostony.com/user.php first
After that choose "New Request" option. Then give your domain name, e-mail,
password for it (if required)

NOTE: Following this scheme, having added your ticket, you'll get a request key at the
top of the page. With its assistance you'll be able to browse or edit your ticket
later(choosing the "View request" option). E.g:Request key 19f5653512fa
