Server 15 Down? Please help. Clients complaining...

I've noticed that the following is accesable:
http://server15.fastbighost.com/~sengkang/

Whereas http://www.sengkang.com is not.

What's the problem?

Your sites are up and running. There was no problem with the server.

I know there is no problem NOW.

But the fact remains that there WAS a problem from last night until about 12.30pm today (Singapore time). My clients complained, I've checked, and confirmed it as I myself cannot access my own sites and emails.

Are you trying to tell me that my sites are now "up and running" by itself? You mean you guys didn't do anything before my sites became "up and running"?

We've checked the work ofyour sites as soon as you provided us with the domains and eveything was working normally.

I am really very dissappointed with such response.

If you read my previous posting, I am already not very happy with your services. Frequent downtime is the main problem.

Now you cannot even give me a decent reply as to why the server/domain names are down. I am not trying to make things difficult for Hostony, just wanted to know the reason so that likewise, I can answer to my clients. I am getting fired left right and centre by my clients - you want me to tell them that "everything is normal"?!?

By your response, are you trying to DENY that the server was down in the first place?

Hostony, there is limit to my patience...

I think you had temporary problems with your local ISP.

but not
http://www.sengkang.com

Very frustrating to get complaints after complaints from customer...

Well I'll be darned if I didn't see it myself. It's true, how long has your site been like this? And I hear ya on the clients thing, they used to get pretty frustrated at me.

It's me again...


This time the server is down completely the entire morning (with a few minutes of up-time in between):

In fact, the server is VERY unstable over the pass 12 hours.

I know you are doing some sort of maintainence, but it's been too long.

Appreciate if you can get the server up and running ASAP.

your problem is not the server, is your quota of bandwidth

If it is the bandwidth problem, how come it's down in the morning, then okay in the afternoon?

AND IT IS DOWN AGAIN NOW!!!!!!!!!!!



While Hostony is not the worst host I had used, it is way up there on my list...

I'm out of here soon...

If there is any pride left in Hostony, please offer me some sort of compensation.
