how can i restore the databse back?
btw: i lost the database username and pass

You can change user/pwd for your mysql databases from your Cpanel -> Mysql Databases

Also you can manage in deph your databases with

Cpanel -> Mysql Databases -> PhpMyAdmin (at the bottom of the page)
