I recently upgraded to a vps account. It has yet to perform. I started out at the basic, then was told to upgrade I was overloading my account. Monday morning I requested the upgrade. Customers are complaining that their email is not working and I have yet to get the upgrade.
If any hostony people are reading please upgrade per request.

Still having occasional issues but the one issue has been resolved.
