I updated my billing information last month via 2CO.COM*2CHECKOUT.COM, your payment processing service, to a new credit card number for further billing.

I noticed this month I was billed for my web hosting service, but the payment for my domain name renewal never came through.

So, reviewing my old credit card information (as I work at the bank that owns the card), lo and behold, you people were trying to debit my CLOSED CREDIT CARD! Even though I updated my billing information!

This is for my DOMAIN NAME RENEWAL and if I lose this domain name because of a screwup at the billing department, I will be fuming!

Disregard this. I found the old email with the one and only link to change the billing information for my domain name.

I think it should be much easier to find than to send one email with a link.
