I can access www.economicsharing.com via cPanel and ftp but not thru browser.
Even when I ftp the site I have to use the numeric IP address.
Please advise. The whois info is correct but for the last 3 days I get a dns messgae on ie.6.0 browser.

Name servers NS1.CASHCOMMUNICATIONS.COM and NS0.CASHCOMMUNICATIONS.COM are set up when you create a new account. But dns entries NS and SOA contain two dots instead of single:
economicsharing.com. 14377 IN NS ns1.cashcommunications.com..
economicsharing.com. 14377 IN NS ns0.cashcommunications.com..
It is incorrect and there was set up in your reseller account settings. I guess it happened after cpanel upgrade.
I've changed it and now it looks good
economicsharing.com. 14377 IN NS ns1.cashcommunications.com.
economicsharing.com. 14377 IN NS ns0.cashcommunications.com.
Also your whm account settings are fixed. Correct name servers will be set up when you add a new account right away.
