1) Yes, it does (1 MSSQL Database 10 Mb size)

2) yes, you can. Additional databases cost: 50 MB - $10.00 monthly, 100Mb - $20.00 per month.

3) A dedicated IP is used by you only, so it results in access speed, besides you can create your own online shop, etc., or just your own secure connection (https)
Note: To make a secure connection you'll need a ssl certificate($95.00 yearly)

4) DotNetNuke 3.1 can be installed, as it is a free script.

10mb MYSQL databases applies only to WIndows share hosting? or even linux???
If i were to allocate 10 MySQL database for my customers(linux reseller), each of them would be 10mb only???

MYSQL databases are unlimited for all linux accounts.
