My client complained to me that when he type ftp.hisdomain.com, there is a "mail" folder that contained a lot of gaming files. He asked me why is this so and I cannot answer him.

I then checked and realized that it is the same if I typed ftp.mydomain.com.

My turn to ask Hostony why is this so? Is some hacker using my webspace or something like that?

happen the same if you go to ftp.mydomains.com

I think is related to the server, not to your account (you know, we are in a shared hosting enviroment)

I am curious too in an oficial description of this issue

by now, i think it's not a "problem"

Please open a trouble ticket and provide us with your ftp settings, we'll investigate the problem.
