My domain is down, as has occurred a few times over the last few months. But this time, when I sent in the helpdesk ticket, when clicking on "Submit" I got the following page, http://support.hostony.com/user.php, which displays the following text: Invalid client IP.
I've sent many helpdesk requests from here (almost all of them domain down tickets, by the way). What's going on? This needs to be resolved quickly! I've been a customer for over a year, but this is becomming untenable.
