When people go on their control panel (cpanel or helm) how do they access it?
Have they got it as software on their computer or do they go on it via theirsite.com/helmwhatever?

Wait a moment, when you say the IP, how do I find the IP out?

You can find out the IP by pinging your domain, e.g. at dnsstuff.com

By the way, you have that IP in your account activation e-mail
