Are you planning to do a reset of file owners in all user accounts ?

Maybe if you make an script for a complete 'chown -R username, username /home/username' in every user home directory, the problems with error 500 will end ?

Other Topic:

How about customizing php_values in .htaccess? this will not work now, right?
How can i customize these values for some directorys ?

Thanks in advance and best regards smile.gif

Dear Martin,
We can't perform the following command:
'chown -R username, username /home/username' because, for example mail will not work and we'll need to fix mail permisions in this case.
username is the owner of /home/username/public_html by default
nobody is the group of /home/username/public_html by default
So we don't have to perform this command.
Some customers ased us to change the owners of their files. In this case they should open a trouble ticket to change it to default.
You will also see this error when permissions for php files are set to 777. Permissions should be set to 755, 744, 711 or 700.

If you have php values in your .htaccess file you should remove them from it and create a php.ini file in the directory where your php files are located. Put necessary entries (php values) into your php.ini file.
